- The tour is not suitable for persons with Mobility issues. Wheelchair access to the Merchandise Shop and Beach Club.
- We promote responsible tasting and drinking of our Rums and advise a designated driver should be chosen for all tours and Rum tastings. Taxis will be available or a phone call away.
- This experience takes place in indoor and outdoor settings. Access to the facility is subject to change or limitation in the event of inclement weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Your safety is our priority!

Cancellations at least 48 hours before the start date of the tour result in a full refund of the tour price. A 50% refund of the tour price is given for cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time. No refund is given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time.
